Job summary

Circle Creek Therapy is expanding its Behavior Services and seeks a Board-C-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team in Washington. This clinic-based role emphasizes co-treatment and coordinated care for the whole child.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, active BCBA credentials, and WA licensure. We offer a warm, family-centered environment with collaborative supervision and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing with BACB.
• Active LBA licensure in good standing with WA state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and update ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, Speech, and Counseling teams.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Maintain ethical, confidential, HIPAA-compliant practice.
