Clarvida is seeking a part-time Behavioral Analyst in Pennsylvania to perform direct care and supervisory duties. You will assess clients aged 2–21, help develop an Individualized Treatment Plan, and collaborate with families and service providers to implement evidence-based ABA strategies.

Role requires BCBA certification, a graduate degree in ABA/psychology/education, and active PA licensure. Expect compliance with PA background checks and potential leadership responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Graduate degree in ABA OR psychology, education, or related field.
• Active PA license for applicable psychology/therapy scope.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Leadership or supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and behavioral observations.
• Identify target behaviors and set measurable goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with clients, families, and providers.
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Provide ABA services in line with licensed professional guidance.
• Offer supervision and leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations.
