Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Back Office Supervisor, Primary Care to lead daily clinical operations in a pediatric primary care setting. You will supervise staff, train and validate competencies, and drive safety and quality in patient care.

The role requires 3+ years of LPN experience, an active LPN license, and BLS certification; you’ll coordinate with Practice Operations and manage POC testing, triage, and floor coverage to support efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• At least three years of LPN experience in a pediatric primary care office.
• LPN license valid in applicable state.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinical operations and support staff.
• Train and validate competencies for medical assistants and LPNs.
• Develop training materials and competency checklists.
• Ensure infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist with audits and regulatory readiness.
• Provide triage and direct patient care when needed.
• Support POC testing and floor coverage.
