Job summary

Keystone Pediatric Developmental Center, a specialized program of Keystone Health, is expanding its pediatric therapy program and seeks a full-time Audiologist to serve individuals ages 0–21.

Responsibilities include conducting pediatric hearing assessments, fitting hearing aids and assistive devices, providing auditory training and lip-reading guidance, counseling families, maintaining records, and contributing to program development.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program and completion of clinical training.
  • PA licensure as Audiologist and national certification (ASHA/ABR preferred).
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Defines patient hearing impairment by testing and interpreting results.
  • Fits hearing aids and assistive devices; conducts auditory training.
  • Maintains patient records with evaluations, changes, progress.
  • Improves processes; participates in research and evaluates new equipment.
  • Provides auditory evaluations and education through screening programs.
  • Maintains supplies and inventory; orders and verifies receipt.
  • Ensures legal and accreditation compliance with regs and standards.
  • Updates knowledge by pursuing education and professional involvement.
  • Accepts ownership for new requests and adds value to the role.
