Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Pediatric Audiologist in Philadelphia to provide comprehensive audiology services for children across multiple locations. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a focus on accurate assessments, family counseling, and collaborative care with physicians.

Candidates must hold a Master’s in Audiology, be licensed in Pennsylvania, and obtain CCC-A or Board Certification upon hire. PhD preferred. Benefits and interview expenses are provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of licensed experience in audiology.
  • Master’s Degree in Audiology required; PhD strongly preferred.
  • Current Audiology License from the Pennsylvania State Licensing Board is mandatory.
  • CCC-A from ASHA or Board Certification from the American Board of Audiology required upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments for children using diagnostic tests.
  • Interpret and communicate test results to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with physicians in diagnosing and treating auditory disorders.
  • Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, rehabilitation options, and educational services.
  • Ensure smooth care transitions and proper follow-up scheduling with managing audiologists.
  • Maintain productivity and fiscal responsibility in service provision.
  • Stay updated with department policies and procedures, incorporating research into practice.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with responsibilities across multiple locations. Alternative schedules and part-time hours may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis, excluding 4x10 shifts.
