Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford is seeking an Athletic Trainer to assist physicians, support the Orthopedic Center sports medicine team, and serve high school athletes and Young Athletes Academy partners with on-site care, injury prevention, emergency coverage, and education.

In the clinic you will handle patient intake, initial assessments, post-operative care, and education; in outreach you will work with community partners to manage care, maintain records, and support injury

Qualifications

  • Education and certification in athletic training required.
  • License/Certification: BOC Certified Athletic Trainer; Basic Life Support (BLS) or RQI CPR.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site care for high school athletes and Young Athletes Academy partners with injury prevention and emergency coverage.
  • Assist with day-to-day clinic operations: intake, initial assessments, post-operative care, and patient education.
