SmileMD in Tennessee is seeking board-certified pediatric anesthesiologists for an office-based practice with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties. The role offers full-time W2 employment with a six-figure salary and flexible scheduling.

You will work in a 3-person day team with a paramedic and RN support, providing 1:1 patient care and a calm, focused environment. Comprehensive benefits and malpractice coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Anesthesiologist required.
• Licensed to practice in TN.
• Office-based pediatric anesthesia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• ASA 1 and 2 patients.
• Solo cases with a 3-person care team (paramedic and RN).
• Patient-focused 1:1 care without supervision.
• Predictable hours: typically Mon–Fri.
• No Call, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Full malpractice coverage provided.
