SmileMD in Tennessee is seeking board-certified pediatric anesthesiologists for an office-based practice with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties. The role offers full-time W2 employment with a six-figure salary and flexible scheduling.

You will work in a 3-person day team with a paramedic and RN support, providing 1:1 patient care and a calm, focused environment. Comprehensive benefits and malpractice coverage are provided.

SmileMD is an office-based anesthesia group specifically caring for the pediatric Medicaid population for operative dentistry. Most of the kids would otherwise wait 6-12 months to receive care in a hospital. Our mission is to care for those who need us most. We operate in 4 states and do over 10,000 cases annually. All our care is provided in a dentist's office.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board-Certified Anesthesiologists: Passionate about pediatric care.
• Compensation:
  • Full-time W2 position with a $500k to $550k annual salary or $2,600 day rate plus $300 to $325 per hour for anything over 8 hours
  • Full-time W2 Anesthesiologists are eligible for up to a $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Flexible Scheduling: Opportunities range from 1-2 days per month to up to full-time.
