Job summary

SmileMD is an office-based anesthesia group focused on pediatric Medicaid patients. We offer flexible scheduling from 1‑2 days per month to full-time, with typical hours from 6:30 am to 2–3 pm, Monday through Friday, and no call, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Full malpractice coverage is provided, and compensation ranges from a $450k–$500k annual salary for full‑time W2 positions or $2,600 per day for 1099 arrangements, with up to a $100k sign-on for full-time W2 roles.

Qualifications

• Board-certified anesthesiologists with pediatric focus preferred.
• OH licensure required where applicable.
• Ability to work in office-based anesthesia setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for ASA 1 and 2 pediatric patients.
• Manage solo cases with support from a small care team.
• Receive full malpractice coverage and credentialing support.
