Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking anesthesia physicians for a full pediatric anesthesia assignment in California. The role covers neonates under 30 days and includes pediatric cardiac service, weeknight in-house call, and 12- to 24-hour weekend shifts.

The schedule is Mon-Thu 7 am–5 pm and Fri 8 am–6 pm with 1 week/month availability and a year-long commitment. Assignments include paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and online portal time entry.

Qualifications

• Full pediatric anesthesia scope including neonates under 30 days.
• Pediatric cardiac service knowledge or exposure preferred.
• Ability to cover in-house call and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric anesthesia services per schedule and service lines.
• Handle weeknight in-house call and weekend coverage as specified.
• Manage cases with a high volume of pediatric patients and neonates.
