Job summary

The Staff Pad in Raleigh, NC seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) to join our anesthesia team supporting pediatric and adult special-needs patients at an ambulatory surgery center.

Choose a flexible schedule with 3, 4, or 5 OR days per week, no on-call, weekends, or holidays, and enjoy a collaborative care model with CRNA supervision and strong work-life balance. Immediate start available with a competitive compensation package and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in an ambulatory surgery center setting.
• Deliver medical direction and supervision for CRNAs within a care team model.
• Support up to three concurrent operating rooms.
• Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and the surgical team.
• Participate in approximately 9 hours of scheduled OR time per day.
