Cook Children's Health Care System in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time Fellowship trained board certified/board eligible pediatric anesthesiologist to join their department of Pediatric Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required.
• Must have American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification.
• Must obtain an unrestricted Texas Medical license prior to start date.
• Successfully completed ACGME or AMA approved pediatrics residency.
• Board certified/Board Eligible in their specialty.

Responsibilities

• Join existing staff of 30+ pediatric anesthesiologists.
• Provide pediatric anesthesia and pain management services.

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)

American Heart Association BLS and PALS

Unrestricted Texas Medical license

Completion of an ACGME or AMA approved residency for pediatrics
