Job summary

Cook Children's Health Care System in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified/board-eligible pediatric anesthesiologist to join our department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. The position is full-time in a busy program with 30+ pediatric anesthesiologists on staff.

Candidates must hold MD or DO, have an unrestricted Texas license (or eligibility), and completed a pediatric residency with ACGME/AMA approval. BLS and PALS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Unrestricted Texas medical license (must obtain prior to start).
• Fellowship trained in pediatric anesthesiology; board certified or board eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric anesthesiology care in a busy department.
• Collaborate with a large team of pediatric anesthesiologists.
• Maintain board certification and licensure.
• Participate in related pain medicine initiatives.
