Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric anesthesia services at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children and affiliated centers in Denver.
• Manage pediatric cases independently and selectively cover adult cases for higher earnings if desired.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe perioperative care.

US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) Colorado is a physician-owned, physician-led practice with long-standing partnerships across Colorado, including AdventHealth and HealthONE (HCA). We are seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children in Denver.

This is a rare opportunity to build a pediatric-only practice, sit your own cases, and option to increase earnings by covering adult cases if desired.

Highlights include:

• -$100,000 sign-on bonus plus an additional $50,000 for physicians who start before 12/1/26
• -Starting compensation of $475,000, plus up to 12% in benefits and 12 weeks of PTO; compensation can exceed $600,000 with incentive opportunities and opting into adult work
• -Approximately 35 weeknights and 7-9 weekends annually; first-call activation is under 3%
• -Coverage of general pediatric cases at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children and affiliated pediatric surgery centers
• -2-year partner track, 401(k) match, quarterly profit sharing, malpractice with tail coverage, relocation assistance (if eligible), wellness reimbursement, and no non-compete
