Job summary

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Anesthesiology for a part-time/day shift. The APP will deliver patient‑centered anesthesia care in a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will support orientation and education for patients and families, contribute to quality improvement, and ensure safe, evidence‑based care for pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited program in a related field.
• PA or NP licensure (California state license preferred).
• DEA registration and national certification as applicable.
• American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification.
• NRP certification (NICU only).
• Experience with pediatric anesthesia or acute care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient‑centered care within the Anesthesiology team.
• Support orientation and educate patients, families, and staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical outcomes initiatives.
