UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals Ambulatory Services seeks a Clinical Nurse II to provide pediatric ambulatory care, education, and triage across multiple sites in the Bay Area. You will lead nursing practice in a fast-paced outpatient setting and collaborate with providers to ensure safe patient care.

The role emphasizes coordination, clinical leadership, and staff education. The incumbent will support pulmonary and other pediatric subspecialties, travel to Mission Bay and adjacent sites as

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a pediatric registered nurse.
• Two years of ambulatory pediatric RN experience in gastroenterology, orthopedics, or other complex specialty clinics.
• At least 1 year of telephone triage, in-basket management, and care coordination in ambulatory settings.
• Ability to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent pediatric ambulatory care and patient education.
• Deliver telephone triage and care coordination services for Pediatric Specialty patients.
• Serve as a clinical resource and lead education efforts for staff and patients.
• Work across multiple UCSF sites, including Mission Bay locations.
