UCSF Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to provide safe, efficient nursing care in an outpatient practice within the UCSF Medical Center network. You will triage patients, support providers, and contribute to performance improvement while ensuring a patient-centered experience.

You will apply the nursing process, deliver education to patients and families, and maintain current knowledge of pharmacology, infection control, and clinical policies.

Competenze

• Minimum two years of recent outpatient and/or ER RN experience.
• RN license active in California and CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with triage and ambulatory care settings is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide safe, efficient nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Triages patients in person and via telephone/electronic communication.
• Support providers and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Educate patients and families and maintain current pharmacology knowledge.
