Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care and administrative activities for ambulatory pediatric populations.
• Participate in policy development and staff selection/orientation.
• Identify training needs and resources to meet nursing care standards.
• Assess quality of care and implement corrective actions as needed.
• May function as acting Ambulatory Program Administrator in their absence.
• Provide direct patient care as a professional nurse.
