Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver pediatric care with a family-centered approach in a fast-paced clinic setting.

You will assess patient needs, plan and implement care using evidence-based practices, while maintaining thorough documentation and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and BSN preferred are required or pursued within the stated timeline.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Ohio.
• BSN within 5 years of start date.
• ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assess patient needs, plan, implement, educate and evaluate care with EBP.
• Ensure clinic processes comply with regulatory and policy standards.
• Document per organizational standards and procedures.
• Engage in quality improvement and report updates to staff.
