Job summary

Qualifications
- Current state license as an APRN with NP certification (or PA-C with certification).
- Alternate PA-C license with PA-C certification from a recognized body.
- Minimum 2 years clinic-based provider experience.
- Eligible for State CS Licensure II–V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA registration II–V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Nevada license to practice medicine.
Responsibilities
- Perform medical history intake and physician examinations.
- Conduct sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, and well childcare.
- Administer immunizations and monitor chronic diseases.
- Treat childhood injuries and illnesses.
