Job summary
Intermountain Health is hiring an advanced practice provider to join the Elkhorn Pediatrics team in Las Vegas, NV. The role includes medical history intake, exams, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, and immunizations, with a focus on high-quality patient experience.
Qualified candidates will hold APRN or PA licensure, NP certification, BLS, and related credentials, with CME support and a comprehensive benefits package offered. On-site clinic work in Las Vegas, NV is anticipated.
Qualifications
- Current state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant and current certification from a recognized certifying organization such as the National Commission of Physician Assistants.
- AND Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II–V.
- AND Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II–V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct medical history intake and physician examinations.
- Perform sports physicals, immunizations and well-child care.
- Manage ADHD/ADD and treat childhood injuries; monitor chronic diseases.
