Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and monitor patients using evidence-based practice.
• Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care.
• Write orders, prescribe therapies, and coordinate home care when needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, medicine, and other team members to ensure quality care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for students and staff.
