Job summary

US Pediatric Partners in North Carolina seeks a full-time Pediatric NP or PA to join our clinical team. You will assess, diagnose, and manage pediatric patients in collaboration with physicians, providing comprehensive care and education to families.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license to practice medicine as a Nurse Practitioner or PA.
• BLS and PALS certification required or in good standing.
• Strong pediatrics knowledge and clinical decision making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient visits within scope of education, training, and experience.
• Obtain patient histories and conduct physical examinations.
• Order and evaluate labs and diagnostic studies as appropriate.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and manage follow-ups with patients.
• Document all care in the medical record and review labs.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff; participate in education activities.
