Job summary

Zarminali Pediatrics in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate pediatric advanced practice clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. You will promote children's health, diagnose and treat, and create individualized care plans across infancy to adolescence.

Work alongside pediatricians and support staff in a patient‑centered, tech‑forward environment that reduces administrative burden and improves family communication.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in nursing or related field required.
  • Current and unrestricted Tennessee license to practice.
  • Current and unrestricted Tennessee DEA license.
  • At least 2 years of pediatric clinical experience.
  • BLS/ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver pediatric care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans.
  • Monitor growth and development and provide preventive care education.
  • Educate families throughout infancy to adolescence with care guidance.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with regulations.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians and care team to coordinate services.

POSITION OVERVIEW

ZarminaliPediatrics is seeking a compassionate and dedicatedpediatric advanced practice clinician to join our team in Memphis, TN. You will play a vital role in promoting the overall health of the pediatricpopulation and fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and our community that will help shape healthy futures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Patient Care:Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
  • Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.
  • Patient & Family Education: Supporting families throughout the full spectrum ofthe pediatriclifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy throughadolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Pediatricians, support team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field, as well as a certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice in Tennessee
  • Current and unrestricted Tennessee DEA license
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment
  • Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers
  • At least 2 years of experience working in apediatricsetting
  • BLS/ACLS Certification
