Advocate Health in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pediatric Acute Care unit. The role requires 1 year of RN experience with pediatric experience strongly preferred, and active RN licensure in the state. BLS certification is required.

The unit emphasizes family-centered, high-quality care and teamwork. Position details include a 24-hour per week schedule (2 days), day shifts 7a-7p with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience required.
• At least 1 year pediatric experience highly preferred.
• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
