Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting patient/family data per site protocol.
• Document vital signs, height/weight, and visit reasons.
• Prepare patient for examination per site protocol.
• Assist provider during treatments and testing as directed.
• Administer medications and immunizations per site protocol.
• Document meds and immunizations in medical record.
• Provide patient/family education as instructed.
• Coordinate referrals and triage presenting complaints.
• Verify orders and site protocol compliance.
• Process specimens per manufacturer instructions.
