Job summary

Alliance Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for an acute-care pediatric assignment. The role requires recent pediatric hospital experience and comfort with high-acuity patients and multidisciplinary teams. The Respiratory Therapist will perform respiratory assessments, manage ventilation, and document in Epic. This PRN/Contract position offers a competitive hourly rate and in-person work in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of acute pediatric respiratory therapy experience.
• 1+ year of Epic EMR experience.
• Active and unrestricted Respiratory Therapist license as required by the state of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor pediatric patients.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and respiratory treatments.
• Manage mechanical ventilation and other respiratory support equipment.
• Assist with airway management and emergency respiratory interventions.
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses in Epic.
