Qualifications

• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing activities.
• Organize engaging programs that support residents' interests, abilities, and therapeutic needs.
• Encourage participation in recreational, social, educational, and wellness activities.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes quality of life.
• Support special events, holiday celebrations, and community activities.
• Build relationships with patients, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with activity documentation and program evaluations.
• Ensure activity areas and supplies are organized, safe, and ready.
