Powerback Rehabilitation in Sparta, MO is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through ABA therapy. This part-time role operates M-F 2:30-5:30pm with supervision by a BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior modification in one-on-one sessions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, at least 1 year with children, complete the 40-hour RBT training or be willing to obtain certification, and have reliable transportation to thrive in a

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year minimum experience working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour RBT training or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures billing and documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Updates availability in EMR and communicates changes to Client Advocate.
• Keeps regular communication with Client Advocate and Supervisor.
• Adheres to BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
