Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their unique goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA services, collaborating with the clinical team, and accurately recording session data. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement in a supportive, family-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
