Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients. This remote role offers flexible scheduling, allowing work from home anywhere in the USA while still delivering in-person care when required in service states.

You will collaborate with a nationwide clinical team, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress with data-driven decision making. Training and CEUs are provided to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Ability to manage clinical caseload and prioritise client needs.
• Strong communication with families and clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with supervision.
• Track progress and document data using our systems.
