Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring BCBA professionals to deliver ABA services with flexible scheduling and remote work options across the USA. We provide a two-month paid training and ongoing clinical support to help you grow.

You will manage caseloads across states, set your schedule, and participate in peer advisory groups while receiving CEUs and supervision from lead BCBAs. Join a practice built by ABA professionals for ABA professionals.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering ABA services is preferred.
• Comfort with remote sessions and scheduling across states.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to clients in-home or via telehealth.
• Coordinate with BCBA lead for case plans and supervision.
• Engage in ongoing CEUs and professional development.
• Collaborate with a network of BCBAs for client fits and scheduling.
