Ivy Health in Ramsey, NJ invites a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new pediatric ABA clinic from the ground up, leading clinical and administrative teams and shaping patient care experiences.

As BCBA-licensed leadership, you’ll recruit, mentor staff, establish service mix, cultivate referral partners, and collaborate with Ivy Health’s real estate, operations, marketing, and finance teams to drive successful clinic launches and sustainable growth.

Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner (BCBA license required)

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You’ll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic.

Ramsey, NJ - Please note: this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic.

Position Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited an Applied Behavior Analysis program
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Compensation Range: $86,109.00 – $129,163.00 per year. This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loan repayment / relocation assistance.
