Job summary

Ivy Rehab Health is seeking a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner for a brand-new Lemont, IL clinic. You will bring the clinical vision, lead a startup team, and partner with Ivy Health to establish operations, culture, and patient experience.

You will be BCBA-licensed or eligible and guide clinical care, build local relationships, and scale the practice with support from Ivy’s infrastructure and leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic’s clinical operations and set the clinical standard.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, and payer contracting.

Position Summary:

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you’ll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. Compensation Range:$86,109.00 – $129,163.00per year. This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loanrepayment /relocationassistance.
