Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in Libertyville, IL is seeking a full-time BCBA Student/ABA Case Manager to support children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement treatment plans, and help families develop meaningful skills while advancing toward certification with 1,000+ fieldwork hours.

The role offers evenings, a Monday–Friday schedule, opportunities to manage a small caseload, participate in team meetings, and gain clinical leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (in progress or completed).
• 1,000+ fieldwork hours completed or in progress.
• CPR certification required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric patients.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data.
• Communicate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support client programming and documentation under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination.
• Assist with training and onboarding Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
