Job summary

Select Medical in Libertyville, IL is seeking a full-time BCBA Student/ABA Case Manager to provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support families while potentially managing a small caseload.

Eligible candidates are BCBA students actively pursuing certification with 1,000+ fieldwork hours. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (4 evenings till 6pm per week), competitive pay ($23.00–$25.00/hour) and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis ongoing or completed.
• 1,000+ fieldwork hours completed or in progress.
• CPR certification required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric patients.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data.
• Communicate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support client programming and documentation under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination.
• Assist with training and onboarding Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
