Job summary

Fennies Day Nurseries Ltd seeks an experienced Pedagogical Coach to lead educational excellence across a regional group of nurseries. You will coach staff, work with Nursery and Regional Managers, and oversee the Regional SENDCo to deliver meaningful learning experiences for children.

You will embed the 4D Pedagogy and Curriculum, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance across settings, while developing leadership capabilities within the team.

Qualifications

• Leads region-wide coaching to raise educational standards.
• Drives improvement across education, safeguarding, and operations.
• Ensures compliance with EYFS and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coach Nursery Managers to deliver exceptional care and education across multiple settings.
• Conduct quality reviews and deliver targeted training to strengthen practice.
• Visit nurseries regularly to support practice and embed the 4D Pedagogy and Curriculum.

About the Role
