Job summary

Fennies Day Nurseries Ltd is hiring an Early Years Educator to support children in a safe, nurturing environment. No prior nursery experience is required, with full training provided and opportunities to gain qualifications while working.

You’ll join a friendly, supportive team offering a 4-day or 5-day week, a competitive salary up to £27,262 and bonus potential up to £1,000. Daily meals are provided via the Fennies Café and career development is encouraged.

Qualifications

  • As no nursery experience is required, training will be provided.
  • Ability to work well with children and families.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support children during play, learning activities and daily routines.
  • Help create experiences that encourage curiosity and development.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll create a happy and safe environment for the children in your care.

You will:
  • Support childrenduring play, learning activities and daily routines
  • Help create experiences that encourage curiosity and development
  • Work closely with your team to keep the nursery safe,organisedand welcoming
  • Build warm relationships with children and their families
  • Support children’s confidence,independenceand wellbeing
