Job Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed by providing a clean and welcoming environment
• Work quickly and efficiently to clear dishes and keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Handle chemicals safely and maintain sanitation standards
• Manage the sanitary handling and storage of dishes and utensils
• Assist with extra cleaning and side work as needed
• Break down bus tubs, sort dishes, and wash dishes and glassware efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dish machine and work areas

Essential Job Duties

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Walk on wet floors carefully and stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Manage trash disposal and maintain health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assemble, maintain, and break down dish machines
