Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Physical requirements: stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, merchant transactions).
• Provide a warm welcome and assist customers with their needs.
• Inform customers about other U.S. Bank products and services.
• Maintain accuracy and security of cash handling and transactions.
