Job summary

Prevail Bank is seeking a part-time Teller to support branch coverage with typical hours Monday through Friday, around 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with flexibility. The role focuses on service for paying and receiving functions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related banking transactions.

You will promote bank products, assist customers, stay within drawer limits, and comply with banking regulations. The position requires a High School diploma and at least one year of customer service or teller

• Cash handling experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform paying and receiving functions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Understand and comply with laws and regulations pertaining to banking services and protect customer information.
• Provide a high level of customer service and understand customer needs and bank products.
• Assist customers with maintenance questions about accounts and services; explain and troubleshoot online banking as needed.
• Support sales efforts by referring customers to appropriate departments and promoting bank products.
• Balance cash drawer and adhere to drawer limits while maintaining accurate records.
