Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Seasonal Labor Coordinator to support peak-season operations. The role manages attendance, timekeeping, and scheduling, while maintaining employee data and generating daily labor and productivity reports.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership, HR, and supervisors in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt staffing as needs change; it is hourly and non-exempt, with flexible hours including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ADP Enterprise, eTime, or similar timekeeping systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• Experience in workforce coordination or operations support in production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily associate attendance and compare with electronic timekeeping data.
• Identify missed punches and attendance discrepancies for resolution.
• Support timekeeping questions from associates and supervisors.
• Create and maintain weekly schedules based on staffing needs.
• Maintain labor assignments and deployment to meet production demand.
• Monitor staffing levels and communicate attendance issues to leadership.
• Produce daily labor, attendance, productivity, and work differential reports.
