Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Peak Season Repair Specialist to learn and perform vehicle glass repairs using our industry-leading technology. This role supports customers with high-quality repairs while reflecting the Safelite Spirit—can-do attitude, caring heart, and service mindset.

You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance, handle work orders, document customer interactions, and promote Safelite products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass in classroom and hands-on sessions.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation using Safelite MRM technology; promote Safelite items.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks in shop.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools; adhere to safety policies.
