Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior Quaker experience required.
• Subject to criminal background check.
• Preferred applicants have some sort of faith background, but it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist counselors and program staff in teaching campers about peacebuilding, nonviolence, and cooperative community life.
• Support age-appropriate activities that introduce children and youth to conflict resolution and restorative justice practices.
• Help facilitate group discussions, games, and reflective activities that connect camp experiences to broader peace and justice themes.
