• Develop strategic frameworks that optimize client outcomes in deal-making processes.
• Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams focused on value creation.
• Mentor and coach team members, leveraging their strengths to enhance performance.
• Utilize financial modeling and scenario analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Conduct competitive and industry trend analysis to support strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement post-merger integration strategies.
• Review and refine business plans to align with client objectives and market conditions.
• Facilitate difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues effectively.
