Job summary

PwC is seeking a Strategy& Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Manager, Industrials, in Chicago to guide clients through complex deals—from mergers to restructuring. You will lead strategic planning, assess market opportunities, and develop frameworks to maximize value, while mentoring junior staff and managing client accounts.

You will leverage financial modeling and scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities, drive engagement workstreams, and ensure high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities to guide client decision-making.
