Responsibilities

• Plan instructional program meeting individual student needs and whole groups.
• Use instructional methods and materials; implement objectives; pursue professional growth.
• Establish classroom policies; provide guidance and discipline; refer for assistance as needed.
• Confer with students and guardians; provide guidance and evaluation.
• Set classroom goals; evaluate progress; prepare parent reports.
• Collect and interpret data; provide administrative reports.
• Direct the activities of assigned non‑certificated personnel.
• Attend staff meetings and other required activities.
