Job summary

Challenger School in California is seeking enthusiastic P.E. teachers to join our classrooms across multiple Bay Area campuses. You will teach students to take ownership of their physical health by creating healthy habits early in life.

Responsibilities include learning our P.E. curriculum, maintaining a safe class environment, preparing creative exercises for grades 1–8, and leading daily sessions both indoors and on the field. You will work patiently with students and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience in fitness, exercise training, health or coaching.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Completion of pre-employment assessments.

• Maintain a safe and productive class environment
• Prepare creative P.E. exercises and fitness activities for 1 st through 8 th grade students
• Lead daily P.E. classes both inside the gym and out on the field
• Work patiently with students and coworkers
