S.E. Civil, LLC is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer (PE) Project Manager in Fairhope, Alabama. The role leads civil development projects from concept through construction and closeout, involving design, permitting, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed PE with strong Civil 3D skills and hands-on design experience, capable of collaborating with municipalities, planning commissions, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Strong Civil 3D proficiency and design experience.
• Experience with municipal permitting and site design.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from concept through final construction closeout.
• Design residential subdivisions and commercial site plans.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drainage designs, and permits.
• Utilize Civil 3D for design and drafting work.
• Coordinate utility approvals and municipal permitting requirements.
• Attend and represent projects before planning commissions and boards.
• Work with clients, contractors, municipalities, and regulators throughout lifecycles.
• Oversee internal coordination with survey, planning and inspection teams.
• Review contractor pay applications during construction.
• Ensure project closeout with as-built docs and verifications.
