Job summary

Baseline Fitness is seeking a Trainer to lead the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and guide new members toward achieving fitness goals by designing simple workouts and teaching proper technique.

You will also support front desk operations, promote class sign-ups, and help maintain a welcoming club environment. A completed fitness trainer certification is required and the role offers full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Run the PE@PF program and follow the class schedule.
• Assist members with fitness goals and proper equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups creatively.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Front desk support: answer calls, check-ins, sign-ups, tours.
• Update member accounts as needed and escalate issues.
• Ensure club cleanliness and appearance.
